Mrs. Campbell has been at Brighton since 2011 and CEO since October of 2021. She holds a BS in Molecular Biology from Texas Lutheran University, a certification in Non-Profit Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).

Mrs. Grohman is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for impactful leadership. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Texas State University. Throughout her 14-year career, she has consistently driven positive change by leading and managing programs, teams, operations, and facilities.

Mrs. Breen has been part of Brighton Center since 2010 and has been a member of the leadership team since 2017. She oversees the Accounting department and all tasks related to financial reporting. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2008 and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2015.
- What do you love most about Brighton Center?
- I love the mission and the values that Brighton and the staff represent. Each day I look forward to working with such caring and passionate people. I love that the Brighton team shares the same goals for our children and families no matter what our role is in the organization.

- My motivation comes from knowing how much of a difference our programs and staff make in the lives of the individuals that we serve.

Mrs. Sierra has worked at Brighton since 2010 and oversees Brighton’s HR Department and Facilities. She graduated from UTSA with a BA in Business, holds a Masters in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management and holds a PHR Certification.

Mrs. Yocham has worked at Brighton since 1995 and has served as a member of the leadership team since 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Science degree in psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. Julie is a licensed marriage and family therapist and professional counselor.

- I love that no matter how much we grow or how busy our day gets, we hold on to our fellowship with one another as one big family.

- I am always humbled and inspired by the passion and determination staff and families have to helping children reach their dreams.
