Each year, Brighton Center, raises more than $3 million to ensure children with disabilities and developmental delays receive the right care at the right during the most critical years of brain development.  Special events like Taste of the Northside play a vital role in making this possible. Every dollar raised goes directly toward Brighton Center’s programs, helping children build confidence, independence, and a strong foundation for a future filled with possibility.

For more than 50 years, Brighton Center has been a trusted resource for families across San Antonio. Founded in 1969 by parents of children with Down Syndrome, Brighton Center has grown to become San Antonio’s largest non-profit.  Guided by a mission of holistic impact, Brighton Center provides pediatric therapy, inclusive preschools, and special education support services to help children reach their full potential.
