Benefits Package

Employer-Paid Medical Insurance
Brighton pays a minimum of 90% of your medical health care coverage through United Healthcare and 100% for staff members who voluntarily participate in Brighton’s Wellness Program and achieve silver status. Brighton also pays 100% of employees’ vision and dental insurance coverage.

Employer-Paid Life and Disability Insurance

Brighton offers all employees 100% paid basic life insurance coverage, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, Dependent Basic Life Insurance, and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance. Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and/or their dependents. Supplemental Insurance is also available for purchase.

Up to 4% Retirement Matching

Brighton’s 403(b) program is similar to a typical 401(k). It enables Brighton Center and its employees to work together to maximize their retirement savings by offering pre-tax and post-tax salary deferrals. Brighton Center matches an employee’s retirement contribution up to 4% immediately upon hire.


Paid Time Off

On average, Brighton offers 70% more (up to 8 weeks in your first year!) paid time off (vacation, sick leave, incentive days, and holidays) than other similar organizations in San Antonio.
