Employer Paid Medical Insurance

Employer Paid Life & Disability Insurance

Brighton offers all employees 100% paid basic life insurance coverage, AD&D Insurance, Dependent Basic Life Insurance, and Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance. Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and/or their dependents. Supplemental Insurance is also available for purchase.

Up To 4% Retirement Matching

Brighton’s 403(b) program is similar to a typical 401(k). It allows Brighton Center and employees to work together to maximize their retirement by offering pre-tax and post-tax salary deferrals. Brighton Center matches an employee's retirement contribution up to 4% immediately upon hire.
