Texas Rally for Autism June 20th!
First Annual Texas Rally for Autism: Ready to Ride!
Central Texas Harley-Davidson, Gruene Harley-Davidson, VP Racing Fuels and Lozano Brothers Porting have formed a powerhouse team to create the First Annual Texas Rally for Autism to raise awareness and much needed funds to benefit Brighton Center. Brighton Center provides services for children with disabilities and delays, many of whom have Autism, so organizers knew they would be a perfect fit to benefit from event. Together, the goal is to raise awareness about Autism Spectrum Disorders and show that those with Autism are incredible individuals with gifts to share and a voice to be heard. The cause is personal for event coordinator Michelle Wollard whose daughter Avery has Autism and is an inspiration to everyone she meets. These bikers have hearts as big as Texas and plan to cut straight through the Lone Star State on June 20th with a police escort down IH35 from Austin to Gruene! The ride kicks off with food and festivities at Central Texas Harley-Davidson in Austin, TX with registration at 8:00am and kickstands up to start at 10:00am! Don’t have a bike but still want to ride? No problem, bikes will also be available to rent. A Rally Reception will be held at Gruene Harley-Davidson with more food and fun for the whole family including kid’s activities and great live music by the Cody Sparks Band and Dirty White Horse.
